Semiconductores orgánicos de facil procesamiento para transistores de efecto de campo (ofets)
Abstract
Recientes avances en el área de los polímeros orgánicos semiconductores han demostrado que este tipo de materiales tienen enorme potencial como “plásticos electrónicos” en celdas solares, transistores (OFETs), dispositivos emisores de luz (OLEDs) y sensores entre otros. Esto debido al bajo costo, parámetros de operación, facilidad de procesamiento desde soluciones orgánicas/acuosas y compatibilidad con sustratos poliméricos flexibles. Estas cualidades posibilitan que este tipo de materiales pueda competir en un futuro cercano con los semiconductores inorgánicos tradicionales, principalmente los de silicio amorfo. En este trabajo se presentan los avances en semiconductores orgánicos de alta eficiencia para la elaboración de transistores orgánicos.Downloads
