Editorial

Abstract

We are pleased to present to our readers and the general public the first issue of volume 17 of Miradas Magazine - 2022 of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.

In this edition we continue working on the positioning of the journal both locally, nationally and internationally. 

This issue of 2022 brings five articles that show results of research, review and reflection around categories such as education, communication and culture through topics such as public policies like ICT and university education, Covid-19, pedagogical practices, early childhood, employment, pronouns, criminal law and money laundering. 

The reading begins with the first paper entitled "ICT in university education during the COVID-19 pandemic: Perspectives of Communication students in Peru", a research paper that discusses the implementation of ICT in the virtual education processes due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Peru. 

The second article entitled "Resignification of pedagogical practices: teachers' reflection and its implication with early childhood" is a research work which assumes the analysis, resignification and reflection generated from the pedagogical teaching practice to the teaching and learning process of children in early childhood according to the public education policies issued by the Ministry of National Education MEN for the Colombian territory.

Continuing with this presentation exercise, the third article entitled "Precarization of employment conditions in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico 2021" and makes part of the research results. The main objective was to characterize the labor conditions of the employed population in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico through the creation of an Employment Precarity Index (IPE) that summarizes the precariousness of employment by sex and age group.

Likewise, the fourth article entitled "El uso de los pronombres de tratamiento tú, usted y vos en el departamento del Quindío", is part of the results of a research entitled "Tratamiento pronominal en el Quindío", the main objective of this research was to analyze the use of the pronouns of treatment in this department through surveys to people whose ages ranged between 12 and 70 years old.

At this point, there is a thematic twist, the fifth article entitled "Criminal law of the enemy to combat the crime of money laundering in Mexico" which is the result of research of the criminal phenomenon of money laundering in Mexico, is punished according to both international and national legal orders.

We hope that our readers will enjoy this publication.
