Privacy Statement
The journal recognizes confidentiality as a fundamental principle of scholarly communication and the editorial process. In accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), manuscripts submitted for review, reviewers’ reports, and information provided by authors, reviewers, and editors are treated as confidential and used exclusively for purposes related to the management, evaluation, editing, publication, preservation, and indexing of scholarly content.
Manuscripts and all associated documents are handled as confidential materials throughout every stage of the editorial process. Editors, reviewers, and members of the Editorial Board are required to maintain the confidentiality of any information to which they have access and must not disclose or use such information for purposes other than those directly related to their editorial responsibilities.
Information required for indexing, visibility, digital preservation, and reporting to national and international scientific information systems, including those administered by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, is processed solely for the corresponding academic and editorial purposes.
The journal does not disclose, sell, or transfer personal data to third parties outside the editorial process, except where explicit authorization has been provided by the data subject, or when disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority.
