Metabolitos secundarios en el guayacán amarillo y en el guayacán rosado

Se extraen los metabolitos secundarios del guayacán amarillo (tabebuia chrysantha jacq. Nicholson, Bignoniaceae) y guayacán rosado (tabebuia rosea bertol. Dc) bajo técnicas de sonicación, ultrasonido y extracción en fase sólida. La purificación de los metabolitos se realiza por medio de extracción en fase sólida (SPE) que se compone de tres apartados que son: la lixiviación, la extracción y la microextracción en fase sólida. Se observa la presencia del núcleo γ-benzo pirona y leucoantocianinas, de flavonoides; γ- lactonas α,β- insaturadas y desoxiazucares, de glicósidos cardiotónicos, lactona α,β- insaturadas, de sesquiterpenlactonas. Se pudo comprobar la ausencia en las flores de guayacán amarillo y guayacán rosado del ion flavilio, taninos, glicosidos cinogenéticos, coumarinas, esteroles, quinonas, saponinas y de alcaloides. La cromatografía en columna se utilizó para purificar las muestras.Downloads
