Abstract

través del presente artículo se quiere compartir con la comunidad académica interesada en la formulación y evaluación de las políticas públicas la metodología y también los principales resultados obtenidos en la investigación realizada a través del convenio interadministrativo entre la red de universidades públicas “Alma Mater” y la Alcaldía de Pereira. Esta investigación incluye la evaluación de todos los programas y proyectos enunciados en el plan de desarrollo y es realizada en la ciudad por primera vez, siendo un ejercicio pionero incluso a nivel nacional. Se pretende entonces mostrar en este artículo los elementos más técnicos que hicieron posible realizar esta investigación como son los métodos de muestreo utilizados, los cálculos de indicadores de pobreza.
