El paso del tiempo tiene distintos efectos en productos frutales y maderas. Uno de los más conocidos es la pérdida de rigidez o ablandamiento interno. Sin embargo, esta característica no se puede verificar a simple vista, requiere una comprobación táctil, muchas veces más cualitativa que cuantitativa. En este trabajo se presenta una revisión de métodos experimentales no destructivos para la medición de propiedades físico mecánicas en maderas y frutos que permiten determinar su estado de madurez y estimar el momento adecuado para su explotación.Downloads
