Abstract

the dynamics of the environment in which companies faces, generates the need for these to be flexible. Therefore, in this paper will take a place a redesign of a dairy plant using the SLP, CRAFT and QAP methodologies, and thus optimize the flow of material and staff within the plant allowing an increase in production.
