It must design a reverse supply chain that is able to properly administer or manage the collection of these products, with a low cost. In supply chain design will have in consideration all components required for paper collection, such as recovery center location, taking necessary information about three paper manufacturing plants and recycling centers located in the middle zone of Valle del Cauca.
