Aplicación de metodologías de distribución de plantas para la configuración de un centro de distribución

La distribución en planta se refiere a la organización física de los factores y elementos que participan en el proceso productivo de la empresa y a la determinación de espacios y ubicación de sus distintas secciones. En este caso se pretende1 determinar la distribución más adecuada para el área de almacenamiento en un centro de distribución, teniendo en cuenta las características especiales de los productos que allí se almacenan. Se implementaron la metodología SLP y la heurística de CORELAP para definir la configuración más adecuada de esta sección de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas en la normatividad.Downloads
