Medición de la satisfacción de clientes en clínicas y hospitales de Bucaramanga y área metropolitana

Considerando1 la importancia que los clientes tienen para la supervivencia de las organizaciones, se realiza el presente estudio en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y su Área Metropolitana, con el propósito de identificar la gestión que realizan las clínicas y hospitales en cuanto a la medición de la satisfacción de sus clientes. Para hacerlo, se seleccionaron 17 instituciones y en ellas se aplicó un instrumento conformado por 17 preguntas, el cual hizo parte de la investigación desarrollada.Downloads
