Remotely operated Vehicles ROV are devices that make easy sub water exploration, when the communication is in real time. This article looks the system identification and the turn control design of a laboratory scale ROV vehicle. Make the system identification to look for the transfer function that apply hard theoretical calculation parameters; to the design of PID control used Simulink Matlab software. As a result a transfer function based on a variable frequency sine wave was obtained and employ the PID control algorithm about a ROV device. Finally a control point with low oscillations was obtained, besides the response of control algorithm is one second in the turn vehicle.Downloads
