Modelamiento simplificado de un edificio de una zona mediante una red R-C para aplicaciones HVAC.

Este artículo presenta los resultados del estudio realizado para desarrollar un modelo térmico computacional de un edificio. El modelo considera el intercambio de calor y humedad entre un espacio climatizado (mono-zona) y una red capacitiva R-C de las paredes y ventanas. Este modelo pude ser usado en el marco de una pre-auditoria energética del edificio, considerando que no se dispone usualmente de una identificación experimental del consumo de calefacción o enfriamiento (por lo general no se instalan contadores independientes de estos sistemas). Sin embargo el cálculo de la demanda energética es requerida en la búsqueda de oportunidades de reducción del consumo de energía global del edificio.Downloads
