Planeación estratégica logística para un holding empresarial

Este trabajo presenta el desarrollo de un modelo de planeación logística para una organización formal. El modelo recopila el direccionamiento estratégico de la empresa en el cual se realiza un análisis del entorno, a través del análisis sistémico y las cinco fuerzas de Porter, que permiten evaluarlo. Con las estrategias corporativas, ajustada con las estrategias que le dan valor a la cadena de suministros se facilita el logro de resultados exitosos para la organización.Downloads
