Abstract

En la universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, para conocer el sentido de pertenencia que tiene la comunidad universitaria con la institución, se aplica un diseño factorial con dos factores. Se utiliza un cuestionario diseñado y aplicado por bienestar universitario a personas que integran los estamentos de la universidad, el cual contiene preguntas referentes a cuatro elementos que pueden influir en el sentido de pertenencia institucional. En este artículo se prueban cinco personas de cada estamento con los criterios, y las 60 pruebas se corren de manera aleatoria, para identificar el efecto que tienen los estamentos y los criterios sobre el sentido de pertenencia.
