Abstract

Investigación sobre accesibilidad web, para el desarrollo del proyecto de grado ANAWE del programa ingeniería de sistemas y computación de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, basada en la investigación reflexiva de Web Semántica por el magister Saulo de Jesús Torres Rengifo para el Doctorado en Ingeniería del Software con la UPSAM. Existe la necesidad de desarrollar una aplicación que muestre estadísticamente el estado de la accesibilidad web en Colombia siguiendo las pautas establecidas por la W3C en las “Pautas de Accesibilidad al Contenido en la Web”. En Colombia aunque existen algunas leyes que protegen los derechos a las personas con algún tipo de discapacidad, la mayoría de sitios web no cumplen con dichas leyes.
