Abstract

El documento presenta la información obtenida en comunidades de Puerto Carreño y Primavera (Vichada), con la aplicación de un instrumento tendiente a identificar el estado de la inclusión digital. Se muestran aspectos de acceso y uso de computadoras y telefonía celular, en una población consultada de 50 personas. Puede notarse que el acceso a las TIC se constituye sólo en el paso inicial de la inclusión digital, porque mientras no se logre su uso y apropiación por parte de las personas, como se percibe en las comunidades estudiadas, se continuará en situación de brecha digital. Los resultados obtenidos, muestran que el instrumento evaluado es útil para involucrarlo en un sistema que permita identificar los cambios respecto al estado digital de comunidades específicas.
