Análisis de series de tiempo para concentraciones de PM10: influencia de la cobertura superficial urbana

El incremento de enfermedades respiratorias en áreas urbanas está relacionado con el incremento del material particulado atmosférico. Este artículo presenta un análisis temporal diario mediante modelos ARIMA de la influencia de la cobertura superficial sobre las concentraciones de PM10 en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia. La investigación se desarrolló a partir de los registros (años 2007-2012) de seis estaciones automáticas de monitoreo. Los modelos ARIMA evidenciaron una mayor persistencia de PM10 (2 días) en áreas con cobertura vegetada. Sin embargo, las áreas urbanas con cobertura vegetada registraron menores concentraciones diarias de PM10 (-42.7%) en comparación con áreas de cobertura impermeable.Downloads
