Estudio preliminar de la bioactividad de extractos de semillas de Annona cherimolia de la familia Annonaceae.

Se evaluó la bioactividad de extractos metanólicos (F005) y etanólicos (F001) de semillas de Annona cherimolia desengrasadas y sin desengrasar. El bioensayo predictivo se realizó frente a nauplios de Artemia salina y el confirmativo con larvas del IV estadío de Culex quinquefasciatus. El extracto etanólico (F001) que corresponde al extracto crudo total de semillas desengrasadas presentó la mayor actividad frente a las larvas de C. quinquefasciatus con una CL50 de 0,102 μg/mL en un tiempo de exposición de 24 horas. El análisis por Cromatografía Líquida de Alta eficiencia (CLAE) de este extracto, mostró la presencia de posiblemente 14 acetogeninas en el extracto etanólico y particularmente de bulatacina según el tiempo de retención del estándar.Downloads
