Abstract

Actualmente el mezclado en la fabricación de gelatina de colágeno de res, es un proceso que se realiza enteramente de forma manual, lo cual conlleva a que el producto este en contacto continuo con las manos del operario y a su vez que el operario este en constante movimiento sin ningún tipo de descanso durante esta operación. Al no existir maquinas en el mercado que realicen la operación de estiramiento y mezcla de colágeno de res se propone un proyecto tendiente a la fabricación de una maquina que supla esta necesidad y asegure una mezcla uniforme del producto, para esto se determinaron las variables involucradas en el proceso, posteriormente se diseño y construyo un prototipo mezclador de colágeno para validar el funcionamiento.
