Abstract

Este documento presenta el desarrollo de un Modelo de Liderazgo para dirigentes organizacionales soportado por técnicas de Análisis Multivariado y Análisis Envolvente de Datos. Esta es una propuesta innovadora que formula y elabora un modelo matemático, con el propósito de describir, analizar y modelar algunas variables que permitan evaluar y calificar el nivel de liderazgo de los dirigentes organizacionales del Área Metropolitana Centro Occidente AMCO.
