Abstract

El presente artículo se fundamenta en la propuesta de un modelo que permite medir el impacto cultural en la implementación de un sistema de gestión de calidad. El modelo plantea una serie de etapas de ejecución y se fundamenta en la identificación de comportamientos, hábitos, costumbres y premisas culturales, referidos a través de una serie de indicadores que permiten inferir el nivel de incorporación cultural, desde esta perspectiva es posible medir y cuantificar la incorporación cultural desde la percepción de quienes con su contribución facilitan trascender el cumplimiento de requisitos, aportando actuaciones coherentes al proceso de mejoramiento continuo.
