Abstract

Se muestra la ejecución de un análisis de confiabilidad en una conformadora de rollos de una empresa papelera. En el mantenimiento clásico es vital conocer las características y el estado de una máquina con el fin de anticipar una falla y con ello prever daños y pérdidas. Lo anterior está limitado por la experiencia de quien ejecuta las labores de mantenimiento, por lo que se debe llevar un registro de fallas y tiempos de mantenimiento para realizar un análisis de confiabilidad que permita estimar sin necesidad de los operarios el tiempo aproximado en el cual fallará un componente del sistema.
