Inyección de color caramelo al azúcar de caña en su proceso de elaboración.

En el Ingenio Risaralda, como en otros ingenios de Colombia donde se produce azúcar crudo (moscabado), se realza el color del producto mediante la adición de colorantes naturales, sin lograr un color uniforme del azúcar a lo largo del proceso debido a la ausencia de un método que permita su aplicación sin afectar el procesamiento de otros productos. En este artículo se presenta el diseño de un sistema para la inyección del color caramelo durante el proceso de descarga de las centrífugas utilizando el árbol de lavado y soluciones mediante componentes eléctricos y neumáticos.Downloads
