Inversión directa española en Venezuela caracterizada a través de las filiales de multinacionales españolas

Este trabajo estudia la presencia de las filiales exteriores de empresas multinacionales españolas establecidas en Venezuela como forma de configurar la inversión directa de origen español. La metodología se basó en una investigación de campo de tipo exploratorio y descriptivo. Se identificó un grupo de estudio, compuesto por 47 filiales de origen español. La información sobre las filiales se recolectó a través de un cuestionario que permitió luego elaborar una base de datos. Los resultados muestran que mayoritariamente las filiales han sido establecidas recientemente como nueva planta, son grandes y se dedican al sector de los servicios realizando una importante contribución a la economía del país.Downloads
