Respuesta óptica de los excitones en pozos cuánticosfotoluminiscencia en función del ancho del pozo

En este trabajo se interpreta teóricamente el espectro fotoluminiscencia para pozos cuánticos de Al0.37Ga0.63As/GaAs/Al0.37Ga0.63As dependiente: Del ancho del pozo. De las dimensiones de las rugosidades en interfases no correlacionadas. Para solucionar la ecuación de Schrödinger se desarrolló un programa que permite calcular las energías y funciones propias de un sistema de pozo cuántico semiconductor teniendo en cuenta la variación en la masa efectiva de los electrones y huecos a lo largo de la heteroestructura. Finalmente se presenta el espectro fotoluminiscencia simulado para pozos con rugosidades, con altura a/4 respecto al ancho medio del pozo (con a el parámetro de red).Downloads
