Abstract

La capacidad y potencial de una comunidad de aprendizaje en una Institución de Educación Superior, IES, (Colectivo de profesores del Departamento de Sistemas e Informática de la Universidad de Caldas) se puede identificar valorando competencias holísticas en el ámbito personal y colectivo, reconociendo las áreas estratégicas de conocimiento para el desarrollo regional (identificando, organizando y apropiando conocimiento). La visión estratégica de comunidad reconoce también las prácticas académicas, el proyecto de vida, la gestión de conocimiento y el ambiente de colaboración y comunicación del colectivo. Este artículo es una propuesta para construir una visión estratégica de comunidad de aprendizaje aplicando gestión de conocimiento y competencias
