Peliculas de zno depositadas por el metodo silar y su caracterizacion por micro-raman
Abstract
Se depositaron películas de ZnO sobre substratos de vidrio por medio de la técnica denominada SILAR. Las muestras depositadas, presentan adecuada cristalinidad para ser estudiadas por la técnica μ-Raman. Mediante esta técnica de caracterización es posible obtener, entre otros parámetros, la energía de vibración del sistema ZnO. La teoría de grupos predice que para un sistema de fase hexagonal tipo wurtzite con estructura perteneciente al grupo de simetría C3v existen los siguientes modos de vibración : 1 1 1 2 ! = A + 2B + E + 2E . Del análisis del espectro Raman se muestra la potencialidad de la técnica para obtener información entre otras de vacancias de oxigeno, y de procesos multi-fononicos que se obtienen para muestras con una buena calidad cristalina.Downloads
