Abstract

El presente artículo describe el diseño de una herramienta computacional para gestionar y evaluar la calidad de proyectos de desarrollo software derivado de actividades de investigación, teniendo en cuenta las características propias de este tipo de software y de la actividad de investigación como tal. Para ello, la herramienta evalúa los aspectos que involucran la gestión, el seguimiento y la evaluación de los recursos asignados. Utilizando diagramas de paquetes y de casos de uso se muestra la funcionalidad que debe tener, la cual ha sido diseñada a partir de directrices dadas por el estándar para la gestión de proyectos PMBOK®.
