Caracterizacion del comportamiento elastoplastico de aceros estructurales con diferente contenido de carbono
Abstract
En este trabajo se estudió el comportamiento elastoplástico de aceros estructurales con diferentes contenidos de carbono, a través del Ruido Magnético de Barkhausen (MBN). Se encontró que la envolvente de la energía de MBN (MBNenergy) sin esfuerzo, es directamente influenciada por el contenido de carbono. Además se demostró que existe una fuerte correlación entre el coeficiente de anisotropía magnética (k) y la curva de ensayo mecánico de tracción. Estos efectos se explicaron teniendo en cuenta la dinámica del movimiento de paredes de dominios combinados con los efectos del contenido de carbono y la tracción mecánica sobre la densidad de dislocaciones en elmaterial. Estos resultados demuestran la aplicabilidad del MBN como ensayo no destructivo.Downloads
