Abstract

Se desarrolló una propuesta de muestreo para las resoluciones expedidas por la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Risaralda (CARDER), partiendo de un marco muestral de resoluciones clasificado por niveles de riesgo de incumplimiento de las obligaciones contraídas con la institución. Basado en valores cuantitativos calculados por los funcionarios de la institución, provenientes de una jerarquización de criterios de selección; se logró la aplicación del modelo de seguimiento desarrollado en uno de los temas más importantes para la CARDER, el tema vertimientos. El modelo opera con base en un muestreo estratificado con asignación proporcional al peso de los criterios y al tamaño poblacional, permitiendo el cálculo y selección de una muestra aleatoria de resoluciones priorizada que será objeto de seguimiento.
