Escuela de relaciones humanas y su aplicación en una empresa de telecomunicaciones
Abstract
Este documento presenta un análisis sobre la forma como influyeron algunos conceptos estudiados en la Escuela de Relaciones Humanas de Elton Mayo, en la administración de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones de Colombia - Telecom, hoy reestructurada en la nueva organización llamada “Colombia Telecomunicaciones”, para el logro de sus objetivos dentro de un nuevo entorno competitivo y con nueva regulación en el sector de la telecomunicaciones. Así mismo se pretende dar una mirada crítica a las implicaciones sobre el personal durante la transición de la empresa tradicional de monopolio hacia una emergente, para acoplarse a las nuevas condiciones del mercado aperturista y de competitividad.Downloads
