Abstract

En el presente artículo se plantea una reflexión sobre el desempeño organizacional en la evolución administrativa. Se distinguen varias fases en las cuales se esbozan las etapas y las teorías que buscan dar soluciones a problemas organizacionales en el presente siglo; se consideran los principios reinantes de las futuras tendencias de la administración. Esta nos lleva a la aplicación de técnicas y procesos administrativos gerenciales que se han concebido a través de los años en las civilizaciones industrializadas de todo el mundo. Por eso se hace necesaria la identificación de los estilos gerenciales administrativos que se usan en la actualidad por los gerentes o propietarios de las empresas industrializadas de la región. También, dentro de la investigación, es importante conocer cuales son las necesidades de formación en las empresas del sector industrial, para este caso, el subsector de lácteos, teniendo en cuenta que este estudio se hace en el Área Metropolitana del Centro - Occidente que incluye las ciudades de Pereira, Dosquebradas y La Virginia.
