Abstract

Este artículo presenta el resultado de un trabajo de investigación en donde se exploran alternativas conceptuales y metodológicas que contribuyan a definir procesos de desarrollo de sistemas de información, como habilitadores de organizaciones que aprenden. En particular, se presenta una experiencia de intervención organizacional en el Consultorio Jurídico de la UIS, en donde se aplicó el enfoque metodológico propuesto, el cual incluye el estudio de la situación actual de la organización, el modelado de Sistemas de Actividad Humana integrando ideas de aprendizaje organizacional, la especificación de características para la tecnología de información requerida, y el desarrollo de un prototipo software.
