Crecimiento de películas de óxido de aluminio por métodos electroquímicos

Abstract

Se han realizado depósitos de películas de óxido de aluminio anódico sobre sustratos de aluminio, para determinar las condiciones adecuadas en el crecimiento por métodos electroquímicos. Mediante EDAX, se corrobora la formación de óxidos en la superficie del sustrato. Se presenta una descripción del proceso de anodizado mediante el análisis de las curvas V vs t para dos muestra una sin pretratamiento y otra tratada con desengrase, electropulido y decapado antes del anodizado.
