Impregnación de tio2 sobre borosilicato por el método sol-gel usando inmersión a velocidad controlada
Abstract
Dióxido de titanio fue soportado sobre borosilicato produciendo películas resistentes, uniformes y fotoactivas. La matriz de soporte, basada en sílice, fue sintetizada por el método sol-gel y el TiO2 se dispersó en ella a altas velocidades. Tubos de vidrio borosilicato fueron sumergidos a velocidad controlada en el sol y luego del soporte fueron sometido a tratamiento térmico a 100°C durante 4 horas. Los materiales se caracterizaron empleando espectroscopía UV-Vis, SEM y EDX. La fotoactividad se evaluó mediante la degradación de 4-clorofenol, empleando HPLC y espectroscopia UV-Visible para seguir la reacción, se obtuvieron degradaciones hasta de un 90% con cinéticas de orden 1, y productos intermedios como la hidroquinona y benzoquinona.Downloads
