Evaluación de la corrosión por sales fundidas mediante tecnicas electroquimicas del acero 2¼ cr – 1 mo usado en calderas
Abstract
Se evaluó la corrosión por sales fundidas del acero 2¼ Cr – 1 Mo, en una mezcla de sal 20% Na2SO4 - 80% V2O5 por métodos electroquímicos, en el rango de temperatura comprendido entre 400 ºC - 650 ºC. Los ensayos electroquímicos mostraron buena confiabilidad, ya que se realizaron varias pruebas en las mismas condiciones y por diferentes técnicas electroquímicas mostrando la estabilidad y la repetibilidad de los resultados. La mayor degradación que sufrió el metal, generalmente, ocurrió a temperaturas superiores a las de fusión de las sales, además la velocidad de corrosión aumenta con la temperatura y no se observó el componente de la impedancia de Warburg en las gráficas de impedancias electroquímicasDownloads
