Participación en plusvalías: instrumento para la gestión del riesgo en el municipio de pereira
Abstract
El presente artículo es un resultado del proyecto: “Participación en Plusvalías como Instrumento para la Gestión del Riesgo en el Municipio de Pereira. Directrices Generales en la Gestión Ambiental Local”, realizado en el marco de la especialización en Gestión Ambiental Local de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. En este contexto, se indaga sobre la viabilidad de la aplicación de un instrumento de gestión del suelo, como la participación en plusvalías, para la gestión del riesgo, en el desarrollo del plan parcial para este caso de estudio el Parque Temático de Flora y Fauna – PTFF-.Downloads
