Determinación espectrofotométrica de la actividad inhibitoria de xantina oxidasa en extractos de algunas plantas melastomataceas
Abstract
A catorce es pecies de la familia melastomataceae, se les realizó una extracción en fase sólida con i-PrOH:Agua a diferentes proporciones (30:70: 1: 1: 70:30). Para evaluar el comportamiento de las fracciones frente a XO se hizo necesario estandarizar un método de cuantificación de ácido úrico indirecto, acoplando éste con uricasa para obtener un cromógeno de color violeta (555nm). Al evaluar la fracción F1 se observó que las especies Miconia coronata Bonpl., Tibouchina ciliaris Vent y Tococa guianensis Aubl presentaban mayor actividad inhibitoria frente a XO. En la fracción F2, los mas significativos fueron la Miconia coronata Bonpl y Tibouchina ciliaris Vent.Downloads
