Actividad antimicrobiana, conservante y obtención de un colorante natural a partir de plantas de la region de boyaca
Abstract
La extracción y caracterización preliminar de los metabolitos secundarios presentes en el epicarpio de Toronja (Citrus máxima) y la determinación de su actividad biológica frente a los hongos Penicillum ssp, Rhizopus ssp y Botrytis cinerea, en condiciones de Laboratorio como posible actividad conservante. También se obtuvo un colorante natural alimentario a partir de la extracción metanólica de antocianinas presentes en la mora de castilla (Rubus glaucus benth); y la caracterización del extracto por CCD, junto con un análisis de estabilidad frente a diferentes condiciones ambientales y pruebas de toxicidad (bioensayo Artemia salina).Downloads
