En la ciudad de Pereira existen alrededor de 641 establecimientos comerciales los cuales generan 18.773 L/mes de grasas, convirtiéndose esto, en un problema para su manejo y/o disposición, es necesario entonces ejercer un control sobre el manejo que se le debe dar a este tipo de residuos, pero al mismo tiempo surgen interrogantes, como: ¿Qué hacer con estos residuos?, ¿Como debería ser su manejo?, ¿Sería posible tratarlos o aprovecharlos?, el desarrollo de la investigación pretende dar respuesta a estos interrogantes, además de definir las alternativas de aprovechamiento de las grasas y aceites usados.Downloads
