Estudio comparativo por gc-ms de metabolitos secundarios volátiles de dos quimiotipos de lippia origanoides h.b.k., obtenidos por diferentes técnicas de extracción
Abstract
Se analizaron extractos de hojas de dos quimiotipos de Lippia origanoides., cultivados en el Complejo Agroindustrial de CENIVAM (UIS). Se utilizaron las técnicas de extracción: hidrodestilación asistida por radiación de micro-ondas, extracción con solvente - destilación simultánea y extracción con fluido supercrítico. Los metabolitos secundarios fueron separados por cromatografía capilar con detección de masas. La identificación se llevó a cabo por comparación de espectros de masas con bases de datos, patrones e índices de Kovàts. Los compuestos mayoritarios en los extractos para el quimiotipo I fueron: p-cimeno (13 por ciento), y 1,8-cineol (9 por ciento). Para el quimiotipo II: timol (56 por ciento), y p-cimeno (10 por ciento).Downloads
