Obtención de la oleorresina de la berenjena (solanum melongena l.) y su posible uso industrial
Abstract
Se utilizo en este estudio Berenjena (Solanum melongena L.), cultivada en la región del norte del Valle del Cauca. La materia prima se sometió a un proceso de escaldado y secado para la posterior extracción de las oleorresinas por el método sólido-líquido soxhlet empleando una mezcla de etanol-hexano-agua. Posteriormente se realizaron pruebas físicas de índice de refracción y color, y pruebas químicas de índice de acidez, índice de yodo, índice de saponificación e índice de peróxidos, además de análisis por cromatografía en capa delgada (CCD) y un soporte para la identificación de algunos componentes propios de estos extractos oleicos por espectrometría de masas acoplada a cromatografía de gases (GC-MS).Downloads
