Actividad antimicrobiana y fitoquimica preliminar de plantas utilizadas como colorantes en el municipio de quibdó – chocó
Abstract
Con el fin de estudiar plantas utilizadas como colorantes en el municipio de Quibdó, se realizaron pruebas antibacterianas y fitoquímicas a extractos etanólicos de Justicia chlorostachya Leonard, Himenaea oblongifolia Huber., y Vismia macrophylla H.B.K. Los resultados del tamizaje fitoquímico indican que poseen abundantes fenoles, cianidinas, taninos y esteroides, carecen de alcaloides excepto J. chlorostachya, las antraquinonas solo se evidencian en V. macrophylla. De los extractos ensayados por el método de Dilución en agar a concentraciones menor a 40 mg/mL, H. oblongifolia y V. macrophylla presentaron actividad frente a 3 de las 6 cepas evaluadas, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis y Escherichia coli, mientras que J. chlorostachya no fue sensible frente a ninguna de las cepas.Downloads
