Obtencion de analogos de productos naturales furanonaftoquinonicos y evaluacion de su actividad antimalarica frente a plasmodium falciparum

Abstract

La síntesis de los compuestos (1) y (2) fue realizada a través del uso de reacciones de ciclación y fotoadición. La posterior desacetilación de estos compuestos, permitió obtener (3) y (4) con anillo de furano. Los compuestos fueron evaluados como antimaláricos frente a cepas TG8 resistentes a cloroquina, obteniéndose para todos los casos una buena actividad, con valores de CI50 entre 3.16 x 10-6 a 1.52 x 10-5 M.
