Análisis fitoquímico de la especie colombiana chromolaena subscandens (hieron.) r.m. king y h. rob. y determinación de su actividad antimicrobiana
Abstract
Se evaluó la actividad contra las bacterias Escherichia coli y Staphylococcus aureus, y el hongo Fusarium oxysporum de los extractos y fracciones de diferente polaridad de hojas y flores de la especie vegetal Chromolaena subscandens (Hieron.) R.M. King y H. Rob., empleando los métodos de difusión en gel por perforación en placa y macrodilución en placa respectivamente; se aislaron y purificaron con el uso de técnicas cromatográficas once metabolitos secundarios, entre ellos 5,4-dihidroxi-7-metoxiflavonol, β- estigmasterol, hidroquinona, y eicosanol, cuyas estructuras fueron elucidadas a través de sus propiedades físicas y químicas y por el uso de técnicas espectroscópicas (UV y RMN).Downloads
