Determinacion química actividad antimicotica y antimicrobiana de odontocarya paupera.

Abstract

De las hojas y tallos de la Odontocarya paupera fueron aislados dos metabolitos por Cromatografía de Gases acoplados a Masas (HRGC – MSD), uno de ellos fue identificado como Pachuleno y el otro 5- etoxi 1,4 Naftoquinona. El extracto etanólico de la Odontocarya paupera presentó en las condiciones evaluadas actividad antimicrobiana contra Proteus, Micrococcus, Deinococcus, Bacillus y Staphylococcus, a una concentración de 30-200 microgramos/microlitros en dimetilsulfoxido, no obstante este extracto no presentó actividad fungiéstatica nifungicida contra ninguna de las cepas evaluadas.
