Análisis por hrgc de la composición de extractos y fracciones volátiles de flores de hedychium coronarium köeng (fam. zingiberacea)
Abstract
Se emplearon los métodos de microextracción en fase sólida en modo headspace (HS-SPME) y destilación-extracción simultánea (SDE) para aislar metabolitos secundarios volátiles presentes en las flores de Hedychium coronarium, los cuales se analizaron por GC-MS. Los compuestos mayoritarios obtenidos por SDE fueron a–pineno (6,2 por ciento), ß-pineno (16,7 por ciento), 1,8-cineol (5,7 por ciento), trans-ßocimeno (4,2 por ciento), linalol (3,6 por ciento), b-cariofileno (9,6 por ciento), ß-farneseno (5,6 por ciento) y óxido de cariofileno (7,5 por ciento), mientras que por HS-SPME fueron 1,8-cineol (9,3 por ciento), trans-ß-ocimeno (24,2 por ciento), benzoato de metilo (20,0 por ciento) y linalool (27,3 por ciento).Downloads
