Evaluación de la toxicidad aguda (cl50) frente a artemia franciscana y la actividad hemolitica de los extractos acuosos, en diclorometano y metanólico parcial de justicia secunda (vahl.)
Abstract
Justicia secunda es una planta de la familia Acanthaceae que es utilizada en América Central por la medicina tradicional con distintos fines terapéuticos. En este estudio se evaluó la concentración letal media actividad hemolítica de los extractos obtenidos de esta planta. El extracto metanólico parcial presentó baja toxicidad (CL50 >1000 μg/mL) y menor actividad hemolítica (CE50 > 1000 μg/mL), comparado con los demás extractos. Esto sugiere que este extracto puede ser utilizado con fines farmacológicos.Downloads
