Química y actividades antioxidante y bactericida del extracto etanólico del hongo ganoderma lucidum
Abstract
El extracto etanólico del hongo Ganoderma lucidum fue analizado mediante CGAR-EM identificándose 14 compuestos destacándose 4,4-dimetil-ergosta-7- en-3β-ol (4), 4-metil-2-nitropentan-1-ol (5), 1-nitrododeca-2,10-dien-6-ino (6), 4-metil-ergosta-5,7,9,14,22,24-hexen-3β-ol (13) y 4-metil-23-isopropil-ergosta- 5,7,9,14,22,24-hexen-3β-ol (14). De estos compuestos no se encontró información en la bibliografía, por lo tanto se proponen como compuestos químicos novedosos. Los ensayos de actividad bactericida mostraron resultados negativos. Por su parte, la evaluación de la actividad antioxidante se llevó a cabo a través de los métodos DPPH y ABTS encontrándose valores de CE50 de 48.7 ppm y 15.5 ppm en el subextracto de acetato de etilo y 80.7 ppm y 19.2 ppm en el subextracto de diclorometano, respectivamente.Downloads
