Composición química del aceite esencial de hojas y tallos de bursera graveolens (burseraceae) de colombia
Abstract
El aceite esencial de hojas y tallos de Bursera graveolens (familia Burseraceae), fue obtenido empleando la hidrodestilación asistida por la radiación de microondas (MWHD) y analizado por GC-MS. Los constituyentes mayoritarios encontrados en el aceite de hojas fueron limoneno (48.3 por ciento), óxido de cariofileno (13.6 por ciento) y trans-cariofileno (8.1 por ciento). El aceite de los tallos se constituyó principalmente por limoneno (42.1 por ciento), mirceno (19.8 por ciento) y mentofurano (14.7 por ciento). Los compuestos Z-b-ocimeno (14.3 por ciento) y mentofurano presentes en el aceite de tallos, no fueron encontrados en el aceite de hojasDownloads
